StartUp Europe Awards 2017 in Greece opens a call until 1 of December 2017 to look for startups in Greece. If you are a startup, with all you team located in Greece you can apply for the Eurovision of the Startups. In each category (Agritech, Climate, Creative, Cybersecurity, Edtech, Energy, Fashion, Gastronomy, Green, e–Health, IoT, Legal, Fintech,Smart City, Social, Spacial, Tourism and Water) they will be specific eligibility criteria, so pay attention to the application form. If your startup fulfils the criteria in some specific category, you can proceed to the inscription.

The participation is highly recognized like a European Competition, since is promoted by the European Commission, supported by the President of the Committee of Regions, several members of the European Parliament as Ambassadors and it is implemented by Finnova Foundation in collaboration with Startup Europe Accelerator. The selected national finalist will gain European exposure at the official website of StartUp Europe Awards, as through social media a website from whole Europe.

The institute of Entrepreneurship Development is the country manager of StartUp Europe Awards in Greece. In this frame, iED selects every year the best Greek Startups by category.
