In a few years, the food industry will have to take on one of the greatest challenges affecting humans: the ability to have a sustainable system of production, conservation and distribution of food as well as the reuse of waste or even the production of new foods. There is a need to create and implement different initiatives that can improve the way we manage the food sector.
TARGET: The Gastronomy StartUp Europe Awards aim to recognize those entrepreneurs who have the solution for all these problems in an efficient and innovative way, communicating the need to address the challenges related to food in the world.
